With the 4 seasons previously available for $9 each, hopefully this will be less than $50.(SRP is $100)

Eh, I already have seasons 2-4 on Blu-ray, with season 1 in a collectible DVD set. I think I'll pass on this release. I'll definitely pick up Heroes: Reborn, though, when it comes out on Blu-ray.

Have the first season on both DVD and Blu-ray. Never cared to pick up the other seasons, I might pick this complete set up if the price is right. Maybe there will be a deal around Black Friday / Christmas.

I'm willing to bet that they'll double-dip and release a Complete Series set with Heroes Reborn next year. I'll wait until then.

Is that Isaac they put in the top right corner of the Blu-ray box set? Of all the people they could put on there, not counting the ones on the DVD cover (Sylar, Peter, Hiro, Claire), there's still Nathan, Mohinder and Parkman. Even Kristen Bell!

I can't imagine that beimg the final artwork, just more of a placeholder image.

This is great! Always wondered why they didn't release it before. Wonder if it will come with Digital HD this time around.

I was watching some of my season one Blu last night, and you can tell it's an old release because of the U Control feature. Excellent PQ, though.

The new seasons is billed as Heroes: Reborn, so it isn't technically the same show (at least in name). So this set should be complete for the original series.

I love the first two seasons so much, but the fact that they didn't finish the series, and the fact season 3 and 4 had a lot of lame plot lines and overall episodes that didn't interest me just KILLS IT soooo much... I become emotionally invested in the characters in the show, it's just unbearable to know that it ended up cancelled, and the series was just left to die.

I don't think I'd ever buy a tv series on blu, anyways, maybe something like band of brothers, but that's it.

I thought Seasons 2 and 3 were awful. I can excuse Season 2 because of the writer's strike, but the third season had no excuse. Season 4 started to improve because they finally gave us an actual villain with powers that didn't give a **** about hiding his abilities. That moment when Sam destroyed an entire city was just amazing. He was the series' first true villain.

As for Reborn, I was going to check it out, but since NBC canned Constanstine prematurely, I refuse to support anything they do.

I refused to watch Constantine because they cut out two of the character's defining characteristics: his chain smoking, and his bisexuality. The show should have been aired on cable to begin with, John Constantine is not a person who should be censored for network tv.

You're wrong. They fought and got the approval to have him smoke, so the last several episodes constantly had him pulling out a fag and lighting up.

They never got to do anything with his bisexuality though. But then, there was never a need to do that otherwise it would have came off as forced.

It's a shame the show was canceled before it was even given a chance (yet, Gotham got renewed by Fox, WTF?). Some of the episodes were direct adaptations of the Hellblazer issues (episode 4 is an adaptation of the first issue), they brought in the House of Mystery, had John Corrigan in two episodes with the notion that he was going to become the Spectre, and the guy they got to play Papa Midnight was hands down amazing. Oh yeah, as was the dude who played Felix Faust (he was the guy in the wheel chair in Breaking Bad if you have watched that show).
