Default ToHeart [Nintendo Switch Premium Edition Blu-ray]

So I'm curious, has anyone forked out the bucks to get this BD release? I'm tempted - I love the original series, and I'm all too painfully aware of the video issues the DVD release had. I'm just curious if this new one fares any better...if it's a native HD remaster and whatever. I've seen zero reporting on it so far.

Not really seeing what the problems are with those screenshots except for Aoi's eyes losing some detail.

Maybe Discotek or AnimEigo can license the series and put it through AstroRes. They at least know what they're doing when they upscale stuff.

It's got that smeary/oil painting look that is typical of many Q-TEC upscales, that's what I'm seeing in those screenshots. Don't know if Q-TEC upscaled it, wouldn't be surprised if they did.

Could also be an in-house upscale using consumer software lol, I doubt the publisher would've wanted to shell out $$$ to re-edit the series from scratch anyways
