Default MCU IMAX Sequence Preservation on UHD Releases

I have created a petition on change.org to at least make sure Marvel Sutdios notices that some of us would like the IMAX scenes to be preserved outside of the 3D releases, especially on the UHD releases.

You can sign the petition here: https://www.change.org/p/walt-disney...-studios-films

It would be nice with at least Infinity War since the entire film was shot in IMAX at 1.90:1. However, GotG Vol 2 and Thor Ragnarok UHD are conformed completely to 2.39:1.

Their 3D counterparts have the scenes at expanded aspect ratios but Thor Ragnarok 3D is not available in the US which makes this whole choice thing a lot scarrier because it's starting to look like it's going to have to be fan edits and patching in broadcast captures to retain the sequences even slightly.
