I was really excited for FYE to start carrying these exclusives, but I now wish I had just ordered from Zavvi.

I preordered HILLS HAVE EYES and not only wound up getting charged the full price, but it still hasn't shipped. I wrote them an e-mail and the response was really unfriendly and unhelpful. At this point, I don't even care about the steelbook. It's immediately getting returned because of how terrible they've been.

I know, first they offer free shipping on orders over $40 (my order was $90) , so I contacted them about it and they said it didn’t apply to pre-orders, then they shipped 1 item out of three with a confirmation, I get a second confirmation but not reflected on my account, third item has yet to ship, plus The Texas Chainsaw steelbook is on sale for $14.99 in stores but not in their site and now they also have a 15% sale going on, I should of waited after release day, I totally lost money by pre ordering, if this is FYEs return, they are to a bad start...and that’s not telling how the Steelbooks are going to arrive.

I'm very disappointed. Why is this a thing lately with Arrow steelbooks? Movies top, art top (besides Hellraiser: sad Prometheus pinhead) but the finish? Streaky matte
