Tamil & Telugu both are dead and the only hope is these movies should be released on digital platforms like Prime (5.1), SunNxt (2.0), Hotstar (2.0) and Zee5 (2.0). But even then, we are getting pirated versions within hours after they are being released on these platforms :/

Malayalam Blu-Rays are still being released. I think Lucia was the only Kannada Blu-Ray.

Lucia was crowdfunded, so it wasn't even pressed by a studio. Malayalam Blu-rays are still releasing but at a much slower rate.
