I prefer this much more to the recent Train To Busan.

Easily the best Japanese zombie flick and one of the best zombie films period. Glad this is finally coming out in the U.S.

Bought the Korean special edition as I couldn't wait. But this is great news and totally agree it's better than Train to Busan.

I also have the Korean edition (https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/I-Am-...lu-ray/174211/) but I'll dpuble-dip on this one!!! I love this movie! There is a Japanese-only miniseries prequel on Youtube too. There is no subtitles but it's easy to "understand".

Have you read the manga? It's currently released by Dark Horse and it's the best modern manga I've read since a lot of time!!

is this a low budget film? I checked the trailer, and I don't like the colors of the movie, kind of looked like a youtube video, it doesn't look cinematic at all

I wouldn't consider this low budget. The end battle with the zombies isn't low budget at all.

Believe, this movie is pretty damn good.

I know nothing about the manga that this is based on but I'm always up for a good zombie movie. I also liked TRAIN TO BUSAN. So, if this isn't an art-house or comedy genre zombie flick I will check it out for sure. I've also got several older Funimation kung fu flicks on DVD and they always put out a quality product.

Did anyone else get a copy with missized cover art? With my copy, the cover art is too big so it bunches up when I put it in the case.

Most of the time not really. There are a few fast ones though, but the majority move pretty slow. So, it's a bit of both.

It’s watchable but it’s nowhere near as good as Train to Busan.
