Hey. Longtime lurker, first in a long time poster. I have a defective Spider-Man 4k in the Raimi Trilogy box set. Specifically the 2002 film. It freezes at around 1:53. Discs came stacked (which always ticks me off.)
Anyway, I can't find info about returns or replacement through Sony Home Ent website. Am I gonna have to ship the whole set back to amazon. Or do you fine folks have some contact info for Sony? (I'm in Canada if that makes a difference.) If there's a thread with this info already I would appreciate the link. Thanks in advance. |
