Hoping it’s release is timed with The Trial and The Other Side of The Wind!

That's great news. With it being 2 hours long, it'll probably be a solo release. I do think it would pair nicely with The Other Side of the Wind if Criterion truly has it. Hell, if they do work something out with Netflix, perhaps they could get 'They'll Love Me When I'm Dead' too.

I heard it was rumored that The Trial was coming from Criterion. Has it been confirmed? If so, that's great news!

Those of us who backed the project on Indiegogo are supposed to be getting a blu-ray with The Other Side of the Wind, They'll Love Me When I'm Dead, and A Final Cut for Orson. However, we haven't heard a peep about it for months, so I would imagine that if Criterion is going to release The Other Side of the Wind--and the film's producer said on Twitter that "there's a chance" it could happen--that would only happen after the Indiegogo backers got their edition.

The closest confirmation is Kino saying it’s with a label.
