Call me silly, but I've always enjoyed Kate Beckinsale's monologue in Underworld when she's performing the awakening for Viktor. It gives me goosebumps each time.

She does some great voiceover work throughout the film, too.

Amy Dunne’s COOL GIRL Monologue is my favorite one

It’s terrifyingly amazing how she tells her hatred and plan for Nick.

Mine would also be from Blade Runner, but the theatrical version with the different ending. Ford monologues (or "voices") over scenes in the film. I really liked that and don't understand why they felt the need to change it.
