Default DC Universe App

Looked for an official thread on just the App itself. Does anyone see this eventually being consolidated into HBO Max?

Since it's going to be a good sized chunk of Warner's catalog, I would imagine the DC Universe stuff gets folded into it. Stuff like the Animated Movies and animated TV series. I'm just trying the app today for the first time and was surprised at how much stuff they have in it. Disney+ seems to be the all-in-one app that touches a lot of variety. I'm wondering if the Boomerang channel that shows retro Cartoons also gets absorbed into HBO Max. HBO Max should have different channels within it for Boomerang, DC stuff, HBO stuff, etc. I think it'd be more appealing than Disney+ eventually.

I think it will be part of the HBO Max subscription, but I also think they'll keep it available as a standalone as well

Yeah I could see them putting the shows on HBO Max, which I still hope they will change the name, and keep DC Universe for people who just want those and the comics.

They announced that Doom Patrol season 2 will premiere each episode at the same time on both services.

I wonder if it gets bundled like Disney is doing with +, ESPN, and Hulu.
