Problems in the German store with Warner upgrades

I bought Goonies and Full Metal Jacket in the German store a few weeks ago. Now these versions have been removed from the store, there are new versions instead, including extras and new artwork and I think that only these versions will get the 4k upgrade. Same with Beetlejuice (and maybe more titles). If this is no mistake, I will never buy any Warner titel again from the German store before it's 4k release.
