Part 2 is the best in my opinion, but considering all three were directed by Bill Lustig and all three were written by Larry Cohen, In my opinion they are all very enjoyable!

I recomend all three.

Very nice. These will be blind buys for me but I'm a big fan of Larry Cohen's stuff. If they have cover art already then I don't expect the release date to be far off.

Yeah I heard an interview with Lustig last year where he said he was trying to get part 2 & 3...glad to hear he finally did.

The sequels are fantastic! As another poster said the whole series is really strong. Maniac Cop 2 tends to be a fan favorite for many though.

I want to drop my thanks to Mr. Lustig as well. I've never seen either of these, but frankly I'm just glad to see BU putting out some more blu-rays.

Here is hoping for Argento's OPERA, as BU doesn't have SUSPIRIA anymore and Synapse is releasing TENEBRAE and PHENOMENA. Out of the other Argento flicks yet to be released, I think 4 FLIES ON GREY VELVET is the only one left from his earlier stuff (a blu was released in Germany a few months ago and that looks fantastic).
