More proof that Warner will re-release this title later this year, Neil Jordan's Interview with the Vampire (1994), starring Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt, will be released as a 20th Anniversary edition in Germany on 9 October 2014. Russian and Czech releases have already appeared, expect more release dates in other countries shortly.

I hope they will update the audio. 5.1 Dolby Digital on Blu-ray just doesn't cut it anymore.

This was released then .... silence.

According to reviews: Same horrible transfer as the old BD. English audio has new better dts-HD MA 5.1 track, but I don't know if they consider it better compared to the old disc or better as in actually quite good.
