4k region locked discs playable with multiregion players?

Hi guys, I'm french and I owe some region A discs. I have recently bought a 4k disc anime from US (weathering with you). Unfortunately it is region A locked. I can't play it in my french xbox one s. Forum here for this anim confirms it.
Can someone tell me that even it is an A region locked 4k disc, we can play it in a multiregion player that play 4k discs? I'd like to buy a multiregion player. Thanks for your help.
