Has anyone confirmed whether the digital copy of the 1951 'Show Boat' on iTunes is the new Warner Archive transfer? The cover artwork appears to be the same.
Edit: Never mind... The version currently on iTunes is SD. Doh! Mark Last edited by MEB; 02-12-2021 at 08:59 PM. |

Is there any sort of established pattern to this? I prefer to buy digital copies, but I've pre-ordered the Show Boat Blu-ray. Is a digital Show Boat (HD) likely to become available at some point after the Blu-ray?
On the other hand, I got the digital Damn Yankees (HD) some time ago, and now the Blu-ray is coming out. Hard to discern a pattern. |
