No review? Wrong year? And confused with a different movie from the UK with the same name?

Has anybody managed to get a good copy of this film? I've gotten my hands on four different copies from Amazon, all of which completely glitch out at ~10-15 min. into the film. Walmart supposedly had copies at some point but I've never seen any in stock.
