Default PBS Masterpiece: Les Miserables (2019)

Hi everyone! This title does not have an official Blu-ray.com review but I wanted to post the issue I'm having in case anyone on the board has purchased it or might have some advice for me.

I am having a very strange playback issue with my Panasonic 4K DP-UB820P-K Blu-ray player that I am not having with ANY other non-4K Blu-ray players I have tested, including my own and others. (There have been 5+ others tested now.)

Disc 1 of the set contains episodes 1-3. There is no "play all episodes" option on the disc. Once you select the episode you want to play, you can then hit "play all" and it plays the full episode, aka all of the separate chapters of the episode.

When I select episodes 1, it plays episode 2! Same thing happens with episode 3, it plays episode 2. Selecting episode 2 also plays episode 2. I cannot play episodes 1 or 3 in any way from the disc menu. When I look at the "display information" on non-4K Blu-ray players, it indicates episode 1 is "Title 1," episode 2 is "Title 2," and episode 3 is "Title 3." Now, what's strange is that even when I select episode 1 on my 4K player and look at the "display information," it indicates is is playing "Title 1." Same with episode 3 and "Title 3," but it is clearly playing episode 2 aka "Title 2" no matter what the "display information" indicates.

Has anyone ever heard of such an issue, either with this specific purchase, 4K players, or other PBS Masterpiece releases? Based on what I'm describing, should I feel confident this is an issue with the player since the disc playback was as expected on all non-4K players? I am baffled!
