Cruella Digital Code - Blu-ray Forum

Ok...so I purchased the Cruella DVD, BLU & DIGITAL pack at Walmart. I am trying to redeem my digital code, but I keep getting a promotion not open message.

I don't understand. My digital code insert INCLUDES VUDU as an option to redeem. I follow the directions and click VUDU on the screen, but when it's time to add it, it fails.

What do I do????

Yes, it's a known issue currently. Hold on to the code until it's resolved. always refer to the 4ksheet before redeeming to make sure there's no issues.

Yours is an HD code anyhow so you could redeem through MA and it would port to Vudu.

You have to wait for Vudu to add the redemption link. Until then, it won’t redeem in Vudu. F9 and Batwoman S2 is the same with no redemption link active. I would make/reply to the post on the Vudu forums to hopefully get them to fix it quickly.

Cruella codes are now redeeming 4K in MA.

If in doubt, test first just in case:
1. When logged OFF of MA (make SURE you are logged off so you don't burn/redeem)
2. Put in the code while logged OFF
3. You'll get a log-in prompt, and also be told if the code redeems SD, HD, or 4K
