Default pc with blu ray to tv help

hey all, i just purchased a new dell pc with a blu ray drive i want to connect it to my vizio tv. my pc video card has dvi connection and my sound card has digital audio connections. i know that i cannot get audio by simply connecting my pc to tv with the dvi to hdmi cable. so heres my question the hdmi input on my tv does not offer a digital audio connection obviously because there would be no need because the tv would assume it would get its audio via hdmi. how can i connect my pc to my tv and let the audio run out of the tv and not from my pc speakers

What kind of tv do you have (specific model, etc.)? Does it accept digital audio input?
I have a Sharp aquos 32''. It doesn't have a digital audio input, but it gives me the option to get video from hdmi (I am using a dvi to hdmi adaptor) and analogical audio from my PC sound card).

I am not familiar with the specific model, but I did a quick search in the internet and I saw that it has an analog audio stereo input for HDMI (If it is anything like the one in my TV, it should be marked as such). I know this way does not give you digital audio, but it's still better than your pc speakers )

you should be able to use your digital out. i use mine and have to set it as default and then the video card automatically sets the dvi
