completely agree, did it with the last few seasons of Vikings and back in the day with Ghost Hunters on DVD.

A few days ago I went to pre-order and the Blu Ray page said,Sold out and Notify me when it's back.Now as seen above the page is gone at both Target and Amazon.

Strangly,the DVD page for Target is still there but also says,Sold Out.

True, but this particular "half season" is really more of a full season. (Well, "full" for modern shows, at least.) They're just not referring to it that way.

I think the release date has been pushed back for this release.Amazon,Target and Best Buy all say the release date now is 1/03/23

This has been happening like every two weeks with the date being pushed forward a week or too.This 10/28/22 is just the latest.This is like the fourth time.

I wonder if I should cancel this order and re-preorder at the new link with the 1/3/23 release date since all the sites seem to say this is the new release date.

The only thing is I pre-ordered this with that other Blu Ray(DC League Of Superpets) which came in as scheduled tow weeks ago.But since i ordered them together,I got the free shipping since it was over $35.If I cancel the current preorder to preorder at the new link,I'l lose that free shipping and have to pay more(an additional $5.99).Maybe I should contact Target first before I do anything?

I contacted Target.The girl on the phone was very nice.They canceled the old order for me and told me to re-preorder at the new link with the refund to the original giftcard(this is why i always save the giftcards until the order arrives) They also added a new giftcard to my account to cover the shipping so I wouldn't have to pay extra money.
