Does any good soul on this forum know what movie this is?

If there is a good soul here on the forum to help me, I would be very grateful. I saw a movie a long time ago and I would like to watch it again, but I don't know the name of it. It's about a serial killer who kills women and a girl who can see telepathically through his eyes. With a young detective, she tries to catch him, but they catch the wrong person. At the end of the film, the real killer attacks the girl in her apartment and ties her up, but she calls the detective telepathically. The killer and the detective fight, the killer overpowers the detective and just as he is about to stab the girl, she breaks free, takes the gun and kills the killer. If anyone knows which movie this is, please write immediately. Just don't write that it's *The Eyes of Laura Mars* because I know it's not that movie.
