Dude, 85/67 is 1,26865671641791. So the picture quality is 26,865671641791% better.

Is the audio, for lack of a better word, "nerfed" compared to the LG release"? I'll typically go with the version with superior audio over superior video, if the differences are marginal, at least. Marginal being subjective, I'm sure.
