Originally Released in 1989 as Le Declic in France.

A Re-edited US version was released in 1993 by Roger Corman's New Horizons under the title The Turn-On and new footage was filmed with scenes of women stripping in public and comedy added. The spiced up and sexual action was directed by Steve Barnett.

Plot:
Dr. Fez discovers a device that stimulates and controls sexual behavior in laboratory mice, he knows he's on to something that could change the world. Or at least improve his own sex life. But first, he must put his invention to the ultimate test... on living breathing, 100% luscious women! It's a rollicking romp of wild abandon with some of the world's most beautiful women. Why dream, when you can be turned on?

I actually found a VHS of this on eBay for a decent price so I snagged it, there are still 2 more on eBay but those are way over priced! I am still holding out hope for a BD release at some point.
