Sounds like they're still unsure at this point, but a Justice League movie could eventually happen again with a new cast.
I can picture a Super Friends movie based on the old animated DC series, under Gunn being possible.

Can't wait for this. I think Gunn will finally branch out and give unused characters a chance. I just wish it wasn't probably 4-5 years away

Yup. The New Frontier is awesome!

Of course you'd have to adapt it to present times, I guess. I doubt that their plans for the DCU is for it to be a period piece.

I know the empty suits want this asap, but I hope they take their time. Now would be a perfect time for DC to get it right.

Is Pattison just Batman now? Not some off-shoot elseworld story? I can't see their Batman beating The Batman tbh.

Pattinson Batman will be it’s own thing. The DC reboot under Gunn will have a different actor as Batman

CBR are one of the worst sources you could pull from but i do not think anybody is expecting anything other than an eventual rebooted version of the Justice League.

I just hope that when the cast is eventually assembled there's actually going to be a regular appearance for all of them and not take years and years like the Snyder versions dragged on for. Affleck and Cavill were amazing castings in hindsight let down completely and utterly with studio interference and you could argue a sprinkle of Snyder divisiveness but there's no doubting the super cut of the JL movie was the Snyder Cut.

At this point all I can say is I hope it doesn’t end in disaster. WB and Zaslav pretty much flushed it all down the toilet. The DC live action movies are about 50/50, so let’s hope they don’t go completely to pot.
