Yeah this steelbook (underneath especially) looks cool. Never did grab the standard, so I’ll pick this one up when it’s out.

Love this movie so this is an instant buy for me. I hope we get to hear some more news on the Cloverfield sequel soon.

They changed the monster on the front of the SteelBook too.
As someone else pointed out to me, the French SteelBook seems to use this concept art for the monster, which is kind of lazy.

I’m betting the French one will end up being the same and they’ll update the artwork. Amazon France pulled the original listing that showed that other artwork. Either way, this new art looks even nicer.

This Steelbook is AWEsome!!! Even though the AQ is Insane. I still wish it was done in Atmos or DTS:X

its found footage film so I highly doubt there will be any benefit whatsoever - I am sticking with BD Zavvi steel which has excellent embossing

I also dont like how this steelbook gives away the monster reveal

Really? If I hadn't seen the movie all I could tell from the front of the steelbook is that maybe there is a fire somewhere.
