I didn't preorder the flash steelbook because either think that one will be a steelbook that will be sitting on the shelves. Not sure about this one...but I like it.

Seems like all of the DCU steelbooks have a long shelf life. Waiting for price drops on Shazam 2, The Flash, and now this. (Oh, yeah, and the forthcoming Aquaman 2)

Looks awesome. It would have been cool if the back cover was the SB art, and the front a clear slip that went over it. That's how Lionsgate would have done it at least

No, I haven’t. I just meant the SB looks good, but the movie (just based off the trailer) doesn’t look too good to me. I hope I’m wrong!

You’re right. Reviews have been pretty positive after looking at RT.

Had a good enough time at the movie. This one may have to get the Flash treatment with me, though, and wait for a sale. Pretty steel, though!

I did enjoy the movie and I do prefer this design compared to the Walmart exclusive, but there's not a chance I'm gonna pay 40 bucks for this or any movie.
I'm at the point in my steelbook journey where I have to pick these up on sale. The pricing is just getting out of hand.

It's a bit jarring to say the least. The interior art is really good, you'd almost think it was done by a different team with that harsh neon exterior. Completely different vibes with that Superman thing going on there.

But it was even more meh than Flash.

I wonder how limited the stock will be on this title.

If The Flash sells out in one or two days that will mean they cut back production on the steelbook and may do the same with Blue Beetle.

There is still a lot of Shazam Fury Of The Gods steels on the shelves even at my inventory depleted Best Buy [Thor, Strange Lands, Lightyear too.]

Black Adam finally sold out but they had to cut the price nearly in half to get rid of excess inventory. It came out this year too and they generally wait for BF to do this kind of discounting.

Disney seems to be pulling back on box office flops which is why TLM 2023 and Elemental 4Ks will only be retailer exclusives. Negates the need for a BF blowout.
