I first watched this over ten years ago but wanted to give it a re-evaluation. I gotta say, I still have a lot of gripes about it, but it is entertaining schlock.

Looks amazing, but I found it hard to follow. It's a dang long picture and there's lots of shouty monologues for some reason (must be a Żuławski thing). Can't determine right now if I consider this great or terrible, but like it is with Stalker I could grow to love it on a rewatch.
