Finally! Mill Creek was supposed to release this years ago but cancelled at the last minute.

Only one title from Buena Vista? I want this and hope they release more single film releases, none of that double feature stuff! Now I want them to get "Run"(1990).

I've actually never heard of Heartbreak Hotel - amazing. This is probably one of the many '80's flicks that just completely passed me by, even though I saw a lot of films during the decade.

In any case, sounds interesting - I'm guessing the DVD (if it was ever released to DVD) is OOP...

It was released on DVD by Touchstone / Miramax, then again on DVD by Mill Creek.

It was actually part of Mill Creek's first wave of Touchstone DVDs, and they had even announced a blu-ray for it back then but it didn't happen.

Didn't the Mill Creek BD from 2011 get released in Canada? (I always figured there was a last minute music rights issue that prevented the release in the US)

Review is up. that sucks about the P.Q and A.Q. this is a good movie. I guess I'll just keep my DVD

There's nothing wrong with the PQ, IMO, but the audio is a problem -- it's in mono. Wasn't the film in stereo?

This isn't the first time Mill Creek has mucked up audio (HUDSON HAWK also was in mono on their BLu Ray)

Just saw this the other night. Looks great as long as film grain doesn't bother you. Nothing wrong with mono to my ear.
