Default LG G2 Oled Peak Brightness setting?

What is the correct setting for Peak Brightness in DolbyVision?
I tried the Cinema setting and it was switched to HIGH.
The image seems way too bright.
I turned it off and to me it looks much more "correct".

Any HDR signal requires the "Peak Brightness" setting to be set to HIGH

Dolby Vision is an HDR format, so HIGH is the correct setting. If you turn it off you are not really watching an HDR picture

Dolby Vision Cinema is the correct, industry-standard reference preset for the LG G2

On the LG G2 Dolby Vision Filmmaker mode doesn't exist

Filmmaker is the correct mode for SDR and HDR10 signals

They mention it for the G1 models too, but I thought it was only a recent addition?

The LG G2 supports Dolby Vision from native apps and with most external devices. As with normal HDR content, when you start playing Dolby Vision content, some settings change automatically. We recommend leaving these settings as-is—do not copy our SDR settings over. We recommend the 'Cinema (User)' Picture Mode, but there's also the 'Filmmaker Mode' that optimizes the content as the filmmaker intended. It's slightly more accurate, but it also locks most settings, so you can't adjust it to your viewing preferences.

DV filmmaker mode was added in the 2024 models.

Again it's equivalent to the previous "DV Cinema" mode

It's just a name change

Doesn't make any difference
