The Code Red release just had a black background and credits with music, were as the Media Blasters DVD every time the credit changed a photo would flash.

Yes and no.

I've ordered from them a number of times and it seems to depend on the size of the order.

1 or 2 dvd's get through without charges. Once, myself, my kid and a friend pooled our orders into one big one. There was about 12 dvd's and we got hit with a customs charge of £200.
