Comparison between the upscaled old Koch BD (Germany), the Eagle UHD-BD and the upscaled Eagle BD.

The UHD-BD is in SDR, but picture looks fantasic in motion, wonderful grayscale gradation, good contrast, visible film grain, very good stability, good clean-up of specs and the like...
Pre-Title sequence looks a little worse, but still massive improvement by leaps and bounds.

Blu-ray is Region B locked unfortunately, but the UHD-BD is of course Region Free.

There's English language on both discs, plus the Italian dub, Italian subs.
Credits are in Italian only.

There's a rough looking trailer and an additional scene in Italian without subs in poor quality.

Received mine the other day. Image looks great, although I feel HDR could have helped with the contrast a bit. The English audio is also much better sounding than the one on the old UK Arrow disc.

And the slipcover has that really nice velvet touch to the solid colors mixed with glossy highlights on the finer details (not really evident in the picture):

Currently waiting delivery of this Bava and some other Eagle/4Kult stuff like The Conformist 4K and The Fabelmans 4K. Accompanied by the ridiculously cheap Nightmare - La Collezione Completa and not so great Occhiali neri by Argento

What's going on with Bava in the US? Several have received UHDs.. Sabbath in France, Sunday in Italy, another in Germany? US nada.

Yeah I would love a 4K UHD of "Black Sabbath" that is English friendly.

So Kino lost all of them to Shout. I’d generally be upset but Kino has really been dropping the ball lately and it’s shocking to say that I trust Shout encodes more than Kino ones. Just as long as we don’t get a Halloween I/II or The Craft.

Yes, I think Kino said they didn't want to pay the licensing fee that Leone wanted for them.

Is this 4k uncut? I ask because the page lists this with a runtime of 86 minutes and other versions are listed at 87 minutes.
