Red face i dont like watching movies on tv anymore...

don't know where this thread fits, but i wonder if anyone else is going through this as technology gets better and better.

and it's not that i prefer films in theatres.. rather, i like watching movies in bed on my phone or ipad. the me of 5 years ago would find that ridiculous, but with how good the screens are now on tablets (especially ipads) and phones, + the cozy comfort of lying down in bed with your own little personal screen - nothing comes close to that in my opinion. RIP lynch but you were wrong. to be fair though that interview was like 15 years ago and i felt the same way back then too.

1) does anyone else feel the same?

2) is there a way to somehow be able to stream my bluray/uhd discs from my players to a tablet or phone? i still buy physical media, but definitely not as much as i used to. right now i basically watch whatever seems interesting on hbo max/hulu/netflix etc.
