While I'm burnt out with XBox's barrage of Gun shooting games at their E3 2021 show today, this Atomic Heart shows a few different ideas like telekinesis and stuff, to vary up their FPS a little bit anyway, so that's good.

Forza Horizon 5 and Flight Simulator on XBSX were interesting. Bethesda's Fallout 76 was just DLC, and Starfield was just a CGI trailer.

MS' show was terrible. The happiest person watching the show was my wife because she knows my wallet is safe.

Lol. Yeah it sucked. Microsoft yet again shows it has nothing coming for a long time.

Anyway:

Looks pretty darn enticing; pretty crazy but in a good way with some Bioshock vibes. Really digging the sci-fi in this.

I kinda lost a bit of faith after that trailer. The world seems great but the story seems thin, I’m also gonna need it to be in original Russian because that dubbing is beyond atrocious.

I’ve been following this title on YouTube for over a year, and can’t believe it’s almost available!!!

If it’s half as good as I think it should be, it’ll be great!!!

They dropped another 8 minutes overview trailer today.

In one shot I noticed an FPS counter so keep in mind most if not all footage was PC capture.

I agree the game does look very nice. With Bioshock, Wolfenstein vibes. Set in USSR 1955. The cutscenes they showed off look very good too. 5 different main areas to conquer with an average of 20+ hours to complete them.

If it’s the trailer that IGN uploaded today (about what happened in this world and what you are and have to do..etc), I just watched it

Why is this game coming out on the last-gen consoles?

I feel like we should be getting past that. It makes current generation consoles seem less relevant-

I want games to drop the way Dead Space dropped: current generation

Sony wants $130+ for this game. I’ll easily skip the PS version & try it on Gamepass instead.

It looks pretty great, but considering it's the studio's first title, I'm cautious it's going to come out overly ambitious where they didn't mail any of the things they went for. I'll wait for reviews and gamepass.

Also not big on the studio's ties to the Russian government.
