Default Blade Trilogy vs. Underworld Trilogy

Which trilogy do you prefer as a whole. I really enjoyed Blade 1 and 2 (Blade 3 sucked to me), but I liked all 3 Underworlds. So Underworld gets my vote.

I voted Underworld for the exact same reason as the OP. I really loved Blade 1 & 2, but was not so impressed with the 3rd one.

Thumbs up Woah, Finally A Poll NOT Made By CZAR? :-)

The first Blade was great. The use of Pump Panel's remix of New Order's song, "Confusion" in the club scene was classic, but the ending with the Blood God was so anti-climatic. Blade II was good and ......well.....we all know how craptacular Blade III was.

I chose the Underworld trilogy. They rocked the house with some great fun. Least fav is the 2nd one and my most fav is the last one, ironically
[Show spoiler]the only part with Kate Beckinsale in it is the end shot

I like both equally. Can't really pick one over the other.

Can't argue with that logic.

Blade 3 entirely ruined the whole series... 1 & 2 will forever have the taint of the 3rd one.

Plus, some of the CGI in the 2nd one didn't stand the test of time*

Logan

*even though it hasn't been very long at all... it didn't even really stand the test of time from the conversion to DVD.

The Underworld movies, while looking cool, brought nothing to the table. First movie was entertaining, but the third movie was about characters moping around in one location for 99% of the of the time, and the fourth movie was empty, pointless and plotless.

So Blade and Blade II > the first Underworld.

Blade has the better combat choreography and modern Vampire mythology.

Kate is wonderful to look at but Blade is just a badass in his films. My vote goes to Blade!

For movie quality and storylines I choose Blade, but for Kate Beckinsale fighting and shooting in black latex and leather.............I choose that for a completely different reason haha.

Actually it seems more people didnt like Blade 3 and loved part 2 from what I see! I liked 3 better than 2 personally! As for Underworld I only seen each movie once but I think I like the 3rd one the best and Rhona Mitra looks just as good if not better than Kate! Got Em!!

So u choose which trilogy is better based on the lead gender? Thats bananas! I see a few people picking Underworld based on that! I guess the acting, story etc....doesnt mean one bit! What is the world coming to? Got Em!!

Well I know that Blade Trinity is definitely the least popular of the series, but I've always been surprised that more people didn't like the second one better. That's all I was saying. I personally thought the second one was the best of the trilogy, but that's just my opinion.

It has to be the blade trilogy. Because Blade 1 is better than all the underworld movies. And Blade 2 is definitely an underrated movie. Blade 3 was a downer but still overall the better trilogy for sure.
