The PlayStation 3 (40GB) Blu-ray Player is a fully capable DLNA device. It is listed as a Digital Media Player (DMP) allowing the device to find digital content on digital media servers and provide playback and rendering capabilities.

Yes, all PS3 models are DLNA Clients right now but not servers.

Ya, no problem! I knew this for quite some time now. I was just doing some good ole' research, which I am always doing, for fun, business and school! It's a blast

And I second that fact that all PS3 iterations (20GB, 60GB, 40GB 80GB) all support DLNA, but for the time being they cannot act as servers, only clients.
