Dark Sector = Immersive Experience

I got my hands on Dark Sector yesterday and I must say that this game is awesome. I was left unsatisfied by the 8 hour Uncharted story and was in the market to satisfy my hunger. The game is very polished. Do not judge the game from the 7/10 reviews all over the place.

The story is engaging (I am on the 3rd chapter). The enemies are at par with the enemies in Uncharted. The music is amazing. I felt like I was in Moscow. The graphics are great even though there is a screen tear now and then. The weapon system is cool. I love the Black Market feature in the game.

The only downside with this game is that the Multiplayer is very shallow. With games like Vegas 2 and COD 4, the multiplayer for this game shall be forgotten soon.

If you guys love TPS or just dark bloody games or cutting up the enemies, this game is for you. It has a similar feel like GOW but I like this one better. GOW story was not as immersive as Dark Sector's.

A solid 4/5 from me.


PS - Instead of buying Vegas 2, get this one. I sold my Vegas 2 because it has the nastiest textures and graphics on the PS3 system. People already know about the server problems. As I said don't judge by reviews because VeGAS 2 got 8.5/10.
