monitor audio speakers - Blu-ray Forum

i was looking at speakers at a audio store and i saw a pair of monitor audio gs60 and they sounded great. but before i buy them can someone give me a review on them

Monitor Audio makes phenomenal speakers, and I highly recommend them. A friend of mine just had a house built, and I pursuaded his wife away from Bose and installed Monitor Audio BR2 speakers all around, powered by a Yamaha HTR-6061 amp. They are incredibly smooth and detailed, with very tight and responsive bass.

I think you'll be extremely happy with Monitor Audio speakers. They've been really hitting it out of the park the past few years. This past year, they pretty much clean sweeped all of What Hi Fi?'s Speaker of the Year categories.

The 3 companies I consistently recommend for excellence with both music and movies are Monitor Audio, Paradigm, and Bowers and Wilkens.
