From Amazon.com. This is probably a spin-off "movie" from the production of Get Smart. It may be bundled with the actual movie later this year. Interestingly, it's not cheap!

It's basically The Lion King 1 1/2 version of Get Smart from what it looks like.

I saw it at BestBuy, I'm not sure if the movie is any good, but the cover is pretty cool, it has the kind of sleeve on it that depending on how you look at it it looks different, one way you look at it it's the cover you showed, the other it has one of those guys laying down on fire.

I almost bought it on Tuesday, but wanted it for the first 2 shows of the original series. I didn't buy it because I found out that the 2 original series shows were only on the 2 disc DVD and not the Blu ray version.

I watched it 2 weeks ago on DVD. Having not seen the actual 'Get Smart' film, I got the sense that a lot of the humour was tied into the main film. As a stand alone production it was rather weak.

whose idea was it to make this pile of......Just take the money your going to use to buy this disc....tear it up into little pieces and throw it up in the air and let it rain down on you.....Thats actually more entertaining than this OBVIOUS milking of a movie that was "alright" at best.

While this is not the greatest movie ever to be made, for a direct to home feature presentation, it is not bad. If you haven't seen Get Smart, then you should def wait to watch Bruce and Lloyd until you have a chance to see Get Smart. This tale takes place at the same time of the events of Get Smart and there are some overlapping events going on. Video production quality is pretty good for direct to home video but there are a fira number of scenes of grain and static, which I don't beleive to be artistic intention. They are a few good funny moments and it is great seeing Masi Oka ("Heroes") in a lead role. It is worth a rent and if you really liked Get Smart then this will def appeal to you as a side adventure.
