Now that blu-ray discs are coming out and doing well, are there any blu-ray discs that have extras on them or is every blu-ray disc just have a better looking movie then its DVD brother?

Yeah there's plenty of discs with extras on them.

Superman Returns has all the extras from the DVD for one.
