Is there such a thing as digital coaxial to optical? - Blu-ray Forum

I'm in need of a converter cable. I'm not even sure if it exists. Both ends need to be male, one digital coaxial and the other optical. Is there such a thing and if so where could I purchase it?

P.S. If this has already been posted I apologize. I did a search and didn't see it.

there arent converter cables, since the optical is just what it is, a fiber optic cable. coax is, well, a metal wire...
