I've been meaning to pick up both of these, but I can never find them at the same place. This sounds like a simple repackaging of the original releases, so I'll be patient and wait for it.

Thanks for the INPUT.

Kinda hold a soft spot for these movies, even with their inherent ridiculousness. A decent price on a double feature like this could definitely wrangle a purchase from me.

For fun, here is the song from the opening titles on the original motion picture soundtrack.

This would make an excellent addition for any collectors that already own Fright Night (1985). It's the same cheese.

It'll be region-locked, and it will never come out in the UK.

I'll pick this up for sure. On a side note anyone think that someone will make a third film?

They did. The story takes place long into the future. The new featured robot is tasked with cleaning up earth's mess and along the way he finds love, his name is...Wall-E.

I heard about a remake some weeks ago, but never heard about a new sequel.

===============

The cover is cheaply done BTW, one of the picture is reversed and the body of Number 5 is mirrored...!

Are you sure? It just appears to be the same exact images from the individual releases

Those look to be affected too. Look at the panels on the torso of both releases. The large panel is on the left side on the SC1 cover and on the right side for the SC2 cover.

Pretty sure that's how the panels are in the sequel. All promotional posters that I saw from the time the movie was released show it like that and though it's a bit hard to make out through youtube videos they appear to be like that too.

Maybe the mistake is in the cover for the first movie.

Anyway, beyond the cover, I'll probably get that release for the nostalgia value! I really loved the first one as a kid!
