Default Just joined and looking for some advice.
I currently have a Big screen with the DVI input only.

I currently using a standard DVD player and 5.1 surround Receiver.

I do not want to buy something I don't need obviously, so do I need to purchase anything other than a Blu-ray player to watch HI Def movies?

My receiver has no HDMI ports of any kind. I was thinking I might have to buy a new receiver also.

Any help/advice appreciated
