would be hard too... thats what she said... i had a vietnam PC game growing up, it was cool, would like to see a COD game go in that direction

I think my only problem with the middle east is that there's a chance for it to get TOO annoyingly patriotic because we're at war there now.

And I DEFINITELY don't want to see another WWII...

I still think the Civil War would be cool.

I second this. they'll fight through demons and molten rock and kill the devil as a final boss and have to escape into space before the world explodes.

a few ideas i had in my head werez: korean war, a what if WWII game were we didnt drop nukes and we had to invade Japan like d-day all over again, a direct sequel to cod4 and continue soap's story, a story line that copies tom clansy's end war story line and time period, or modern warfare set somewhere esle like africa or like pakistan and india invade each other, the isreal and palistine ideas were good. id also think it would be cool if there was 2 story modes each one you play on the other country of the war.

So there are a lot of alternate history strategy games...why not do that? Take an existing battle, change the victor, and make a game out of it. It'd be interesting and immersive because the player would no longer know the outcome!
With WW2 games...it's not like you have to flip ahead in the book to see what happens...

+1, WWIII is just around the corner...so lets play it out. Let the SOVIETS, CHINA, NORTH KOREA and whoever else come over her. I wanna see battles in war torn NYC and a battle in PA at Liberty BELL...come on bring it...
