Amazon UK BRD US Compatibility - Blu-ray Forum

As everyone knows, Amazon UK has a 3 for 2 special that has many more titles available than its US sibling. What I am struggling with is how to determine US (Region A) compatibility. Most of the reviews here are for US releases and some of those that have both have US reviews stating region free state region locked for the UK version. Amazon UK has no helpful info. Any suggestions on how to figure this out. Thanks much.

The Uk versions of Terminator 2, Stargate, and Total Recall are all better than the domestic versions and are region free. Other good Uk titles include The Island and Bruce Almighty which are unavailable here.

Thank you both for replies. That is most helpful. I did note that the list gives Stargate as Region B only?
