Is the Blu any good?

The picture is very soft and grainy, which is probably how the movie is intended to look (being low-budget and shot on 16mm). No extras of any kind.

I'd say wait for the U.S. release, which should include a lot of extra stuff.

Yeah, I know Kevin Smith stated that they are doing the long awaited 10(well 12)th Anniversary Edition for Blu-Ray.
