Default Looking to setup a public display. Need help.

Hi there. I am practically new to Bluray (at least with what I'm trying to accomplish), and I need some help.

Here's the gist of what I am trying to accomplish:

I am looking to setup a public display in a museum setting. I need to purchase a Bluray player and any accessories necessary that will allow people to walk up to any certain display/TV screen with a Bluray player underneath and be able to navigate through a chaptered/menu Bluray DVD without the use of a remote, but something like D-Pad, with 4 directions to navigate in with an enter button. In other words, anything that will be able to be hooked up to the DVD player that closely resembles a remote, and will allow anyone experienced/unexperienced to browse through the DVD with ease without messing around with the player settings.

So, this is basically the summary of the equipment I need:
1. Bluray DVD player
2. A simple scaled down remote (accessory?)

Price is not an issue in this purchase. I need some suggestions/names, perhaps links if that's not against the rules. Sorry if the post above seems confusing, I am not the best with words. Any help would be highly appreciated.
