Default Question on digital copies

Does your pc need a blu-ray drive to load the digital copy? It's an Apple laptop with a regular dvd drive. I'm looking to load WALL-E on it.

Sorry if this has been covered here before, I don't have the time to search and read, just looking for a quick yes or no. Thanks!

The digital copy is not a Blu-ray disc.

I don't know about playing them anywhere, but in iTunes I right-clicked on my Digital Copy of The Dark Knight then selected show in windows explorer. It is just an MP4 file I will try to play it on my ps3 since that is on right now

Yes and no. I only know how it works with iTunes, but you can copy the files from your Library to play in iTunes on another PC/Mac as long as you can authorize that machine (you have a 5 machine limit).

It showed up when I displayed everything on my portable drive, but my movie came up as unsupported data. I think if you copy the file and convert it to something else it might work. I don't know for sure, and I am not trying that since I don't really need to. Good Luck anyway
