Default ANYONE who has played Prince of Persia please help!

Hi all!

Has anyone completed the new Prince of Persia? I have some questions and I'm hoping someone can answer them for me please!

1. I see you need a code to unlock some of the skins in the extra menu. They say to look at the back of the game package but I can't find a code! Can anyone tell me where to look for the code on the package?

2. How do I delete the Prince of Persia trophies file from my ps3? I can delete the game data and saved data but the trophies are stuck there

3. Apparantly this game is going to be continued only on downloadable content. Does anyone know if this is true or not? Would they really make a sequal only for downlaod and not to buy???

Thanks for any help!

1. Do you have the Collector's Edition?

2. Once they are synched to your PSN account, you cannot delete them. If you haven't synched your account then you can format your hard drive.

3. A sequel to this game hasn't been confirmed to be downloadable only.

1. No, I don't. IS the code only on the collector's edition?

2. Is the only way to delete the trophies to format? Which should I choose: format or restore?

1. It is only on the Collector's Edition.

2. Yes, select format.

3. The article doesn't state a sequel, just DLC with significant value.

1. Darn

2. What is the difference between format and restore ps3 system?

3. IT does state that the content could be a prequal or sequal

It bothers me to have stuff stuck on my hard drive which I can't delete. Maybe it's a bit of ocd but I always delete the games I've finished playing. I like to have a clean Hard drive but now I've got these trophies stuck on there

2. Format deletes everything on your hard drive while restoring will restore from a seperate media that you have backed up your information to.

3. I reread the article. If you already read the article then why did you even ask?

I just thought maybe someone had heard something else or had more info on whether or not this was definitely happening. Thanks for the help!

No problem man. Good luck with the system format and hopefully in your case it hasn't been synched with the network. Though trying to keep your system clean of trophys will be a very tedious and repeatitive process. Also make sure you never connect to the Playstation Network.

If you've checked your trophy list in the main XMB (not in-game XMB) or compared trophies with another player (including in-game XMB) it's already been synced with the PSN and they can't be deleted.

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard, no offense... Especially since the Trophies aren't even saved on your harddrive...

Why on earth would you want to wipe your trophies?

In any case, the only way to "clean" your sync'd trophies is to create a new profile on your PS3 and DON'T link it to PSN. It'll start with no trophies.

So where are they saved? Are they just icons on the xmb?

By the way I'm not at all connected to psn or the internet. Does this change whether or not I can delete them from the xmb?

my guess is that your trophies are somewhere on Sony's server and when you get online, they'll sync again and appear on your PS3 anyway
