Care to post a link?

There's been no announcement in the States.

I'd prefer the individual movies myself, because I don't want to buy all six at once.

Can you translate the sentence that explicitly says no single movie discs?

I only buy individual discs I do not like box set so I hope some other country in europe will sell these individual.

Since the last 6 bond films was region free here in europe (ABC( was printed on them.

Do you or anyone else think that the releases will be in any way shape or form different then the first 6?

this line: "Sistnevnte film kan man selvsagt ogsĺ kjřpe seperat, mens alle de andre selges kun i bokser."

Translation: "the last film (QOS) will be sold individual but all other titels will only be sold in disc set only"

Ditto, but mainly because I like to have my Bond movies in the order of release date. I'd hate having to dig through a bunch of different boxed sets just to watch them in order. Plus the fact that we've been collecting the steelbook editions, and would prefer to have them as a uniform set...

fox will more than likely release them individually here. Simple because they did that for the first set and the planet of the apes set.

The much more interesting part of the article is this (no Norwegian required):

«Vol. 3»: The World is not Enough, Goldfinger, Moonraker
«Vol. 4»: Licence to Kill, The Man with the Golden Gun, Quantum of Solace

It's going to be the same movies for the US. The earlier lists were wrong.

There is one more Bond coming soon, but it won't be in a box set with the other ones. Those familiar with the production history of all the Bond movies will know which one I mean.

That has to be a mistake. Quantum of Solace will be released by Sony, not MGM.

If those titles are right then that would be good. I am supprised to see quantum of solace listed in volume 2 (The UK got 6 movies in volume one rather then split volumes like in the US so this will be volume two).

In the UK Fox still handles all MGM distrubition so I doubt Quantum of solace will show up in volume two.

Is this still happening in the US? It sure looks like there will only be Vol. 3 + standalone Quantum of Solace on March 24th.

that makes no sense

i myself like boxed sets, im younger than a lot of you (i think) so i still get lots of X-Mas and (but not that many) B-Day presents, so I can ask for the boxes

and if i buy them with my own money, its cheaper, albeit less convenient as you have to spend $60 at once instead of $22 now, $22 a little later and $22 even later...

i also admit it is strange that a company would force you to buy the 3 discs at once... never heard of that before...

anyways, thats a relief for me! i was scared the 6 Bond BDs that are out now were being released to promote QoS and that the set would only be those 6, and i was hesitant to buy them (never got em, got Tropic Thunder (now you probably think im lying about being young lol) and The Dark Knight) but i know what I want for my B-Day on the 22nd now!

Default Set 4?

I saw set 3 titles are now available to preorder on Amazon. Moonraker, Goldfinger and The World Is Noth Enough. They can be purchased individually or in set form. However, there hasn't been any announcement on set 4.

Does anyone know why there has been a delay in announcing set 4?

Of course Quantum will be out in March. It's available for preorder on Amazon as well.

Originally set 4 was rumored to be Diamonds, Goldeneye and License to Kill.

Has there been a delay perhaps due to the framing issued that the UE DVD of Goldeneye had? Perhaps they are needing a bit more time to get this one fixed proper for blu ray?

Very odd anyway to not announce all 6 at once, if they are coming in March together.

Huge Bond fan. Sorry for the long post. : )

I loved Dalton's 2 films. A third would have been great. Very big on the Roger Moore films as well. I'll be picking all remaining 007 films up on blu ray.

So true! Dalton should have stayed on instead of Brosnan.

And Roger Moore is THE perfect James Bond.
