Minimum room size specs?...

I'm going to be moving sometime in the year, and I want to make sure that my new place has a room capable of being transferred into a dedicated front-projection theater room...

That being said, what's the minimum (or, i should say, "recommended") depth, height, and width that a room would have to be for?:

• 130" screen
• two rows of four nice seats (back row rasied up, obviously)

Or?:

• 160" screen
• two rows of four nice seats (back row rasied up, obviously)

Or?:

• 130" screen
• three rows of four nice seats (back row rasied up, obviously)

Or?:

• 160" screen
• three rows of four nice seats (back row rasied up, obviously)
